This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Lead web projects from initial specifications through coordination with IT and developers, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation across more than 200 sites.
β’ Oversee website health, focusing on sitemaps, page architecture, site speed, and crawlability.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact between the team and IT and engineering resources.
β’ Develop and implement SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) strategies across 200+ sites.
β’ Prioritize and create an SEO roadmap utilizing data from SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console, guiding Analysts in their execution.
β’ Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to establish keyword, topic, and page-level optimization priorities.
β’ Manage the conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation roadmap, directing test design, development in Optimizely, analysis, and deployment of successful variants.
β’ Ensure alignment of user journeys, calls to action (CTAs), and page experiences with conversion objectives in conjunction with Paid Media and Content teams.
β’ Identify and prioritize insights related to user funnels and behaviors for testing.
β’ Convert test outcomes and analytics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
β’ Direct the location data strategy, maintain a centralized database, manage downstream directories, enhance local search visibility, and ensure NAP consistency across the Spring Education Group.
β’ Assess data syndication and automation options while supervising manual directory maintenance.
β’ Extract and analyze performance metrics from GA4, Google Search Console, Domo, and Google Business Profile.
β’ Supervise and mentor Analysts responsible for website governance, SEO execution, A/B testing, directory management, and daily operations.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in web product management, SEO, CRO or growth experimentation, or a closely related analytics role, including experience in managing or mentoring direct reports.
β’ Demonstrated experience in owning A/B tests from start to finish in Optimizely or a similar platform.
β’ Required experience in running experiments on websites with low traffic volumes.
β’ Proficient in analytics tools such as GA4 and a business intelligence (BI) tool like Domo or a comparable platform.
β’ Experience acting as an IT or technical liaison for marketing or product initiatives.
β’ Proven track record in managing SEO strategy and execution, covering technical, on-page, and local SEO, with hands-on experience using SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
β’ Strong organizational, project management, cross-functional communication, and collaboration abilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Preferred: Experience with answer engine optimization (AEO) or AI search.
β’ Preferred: Experience in a multi-brand or multi-location marketing environment.
β’ Preferred: Basic knowledge of user experience and user interface (UX/UI) principles sufficient to brief and assess external design partners.
