CRO & Funnel Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing project management responsibilities

• Working closely with UX designers and copywriting specialists

• Independently guiding clients through the optimization journey

• Evaluating online shops and landing pages regarding UX, structure, content, and market landscape

• Formulating and prioritizing optimization hypotheses

• Identifying areas of improvement in the customer journey

• Crafting unique positioning strategies for clients and high-converting shops

• Developing structured, conversion-focused concepts for shops and landing pages, complete with checklists and guidelines

• Enhancing the conversion rate and profitability of shops and funnels

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably, a foundational understanding of e-commerce, UX, positioning, A/B testing, and conversion optimization

• Strong analytical abilities coupled with the skill to derive and prioritize actionable measures

• Creative conceptual thinking integrated with a systematic approach

• Capability to articulate complex relationships in a clear and comprehensible manner

• Independent, self-organized working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proactive attitude towards challenges and a willingness to take ownership

• Competence in providing clear recommendations

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create concise, understandable briefs

• Efficiently organizing tasks to meet deadlines

• Ideally, basic knowledge of GA4, Shopify, Figma, Hotjar/Clarity, and Google Workspace

• German language proficiency at least at a basic level will be evaluated in the application form
