CRM, Email Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for selecting and managing the ESP.

• Work alongside the development team to ensure seamless integration of product/subscription data and deliverability setup.

• Create and implement welcome/onboarding lifecycle flows.

• Develop and execute retention strategies for Day 0–3 and cancellation prevention flows.

• Design and initiate cancellation and win-back email campaigns.

• Create and launch transactional email communications.

• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and audience segmentation.

• Utilize test results to inform actionable decisions.

• Generate reports linking email performance metrics to revenue, including open rates, CTR, S1–S2 rebill rates, and the percentage of total subscription revenue.

• Partner with product, analytics, and design teams to develop targeted campaigns based on user behavior and cohort analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in email, CRM, or retention marketing.

• Proven experience in building an email or CRM channel from the ground up.

• Hands-on experience with ESP platforms.

• Strong knowledge of deliverability fundamentals, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration principles.

• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to translate findings into effective decisions.

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or comparable platforms.

• Capability to analyze cohort and funnel data and leverage insights effectively.

• Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving obstacles.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency or higher.
