CRM Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer accounts

• Manage and nurture 5–6 client accounts for the long term in partnership with the team

• Collaborate with the design team to create and develop email templates and designs

• Analyze data and provide clear action recommendations for clients

• Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns and devise strategies

• Engage in both internal and external training to enhance your skills

• Proficiency with Klaviyo

• Experience in data analysis and understanding customer journeys

• Excellent communication abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Background in e-commerce design and developing email campaigns

• Creativity and a strong eye for engaging visual design

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team, complemented by strong communication skills
