Critical Care Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver brand information to key Neonatologists, Respiratory Therapists, and decision-makers in facilities utilizing the company's device.

• Identify growth opportunities for the company device.

• Represent essential hospitals in collaboration with the contracting group to monitor and uphold existing contracts.

• Provide precise forecasting of anticipated medical device usage for targeted hospitals.

• Oversee annual preventative maintenance schedules for devices in the territory, coordinating with customer care specialists and technical engineers.

• Achieve the brand revenue target within the assigned territory.

• Train Respiratory Therapists and Allied Health Care Professionals to ensure safe and effective device treatment.

• Collaborate with the Medical team to implement HCP learning programs that align with healthcare professional needs and brand strategy.

• Meet sales targets for specified accounts.

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development action plans.

• Create regional account plans and monitor activities and performance.

• Stay updated on current hospital contracts.

• Work in conjunction with Medical, Field Technical Support, Clinical and Scientific Development, and other departments.

• Provide in-service product and therapeutic education to healthcare professionals.

• Comply with the company’s code of ethics and pharmacovigilance processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Trained Respiratory Therapist.

• Experience in the commercialization of Medical Devices and Hospital Account Management.

• At least 5 years of hospital sales experience.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare and hospital ecosystem.

• Proficient analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Excellent presentation, project management, and negotiation skills.

• Proven leadership skills and a history of working collaboratively.

• A solid record of sales performance and success.

• Management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

• Expertise in healthcare industry sales and business planning is preferred.

• A business or science degree is ideal, though not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel throughout Ontario and Manitoba.
