β’ Assess AI-generated legal content for its factual, procedural, and legal accuracy.
β’ Develop realistic hypothetical case analyses within the realm of criminal defense practice.
β’ Create and evaluate motions, plea agreements, legal arguments, and trial strategies.
β’ Analyze evidentiary issues and articulate their implications on case strategies.
β’ Offer clear explanations regarding criminal procedures and legal reasoning.
β’ Identify outputs that are legally unsound, incomplete, misleading, or ethically questionable.
β’ Examine complex factual patterns and evaluate potential defense strategies.
β’ Provide structured feedback aimed at enhancing the accuracy and quality of legal AI outputs.
β’ Collaborate with project teams to refine evaluation standards and legal datasets.
β’ Must hold an active license to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction.
β’ Significant professional experience in practicing criminal defense law.
β’ In-depth knowledge of criminal law, criminal procedure, evidence, and trial advocacy.
β’ Practical experience in developing case strategies and advising on criminal matters.
β’ Background in drafting and reviewing motions, briefs, pleadings, or plea agreements.
