This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Develop and present detailed reports and monitor the credit quality, operations, and performance of the portfolio.
• Create analyses utilizing programming, data, and statistical software to evaluate emerging credit risk trends.
• Conduct quantitative analysis to enhance credit strategy and policy effectiveness.
• Provide data, reporting, and analysis to support the Indirect business operations.
• Discover opportunities for data enhancement and automation of analytical processes.
• Examine extensive datasets using descriptive and predictive analytics techniques to generate insights and recommendations.
• Create dashboards and analyses, select suitable visualization and analytics tools, and identify trends and patterns.
• Construct reporting dashboards by employing data extraction, cleaning, and visualization methods.
• Implement repeatable analytical solutions and decision support tools.
• Enhance data visualization and convert raw data into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with teams, management, and stakeholders to improve the usability and visual appeal of analytical solutions.
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications and assess current data visualization systems.
• Generate visual representations of large datasets for decision-makers.
• Document data flows, systems, and processes comprehensively.
• Create tools and conduct training programs for reporting tools and self-service analytics.
• Offer specialized consulting, analytical, and technical assistance.
• Independently identify and resolve non-routine issues within established guidelines.
• Apply the Risk Management Framework to make informed risk decisions that align with business strategy.
• Advanced Business Intelligence proficiency, including the development and publishing of complex reports using Power BI Desktop.
• Foundational skills in technical design optimization and decision-making.
• Intermediate skills in SQL, PowerBI, Python, data visualization, data storytelling, data mining, illustration, creative thinking, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills, and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced competence in insights design, development, and reporting.
• Generally, 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge and technical expertise obtained through comprehensive education and business experience.
