
Credentialing Professional, Variable Staffing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct primary source verifications of licenses, certifications, and other necessary credentials
• Oversee clinician credentials to ensure they are up-to-date, active, and compliant
• Keep precise credential information and supporting documents in enterprise systems
• Investigate and resolve licensure-related issues
• Assist in internal and external audits by collecting and validating documentation
• Create reports, monitor credential status, and highlight compliance risks
• Address inquiries from clinicians, leaders, and business partners concerning licensure requirements
• Engage in process improvement initiatives
• Report directly to a Credentialing Manager
• Function as an individual contributor without direct reports
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, compliance, or a related field
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and business systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Preferred experience in healthcare credentialing, licensure monitoring, compliance, or audit support
• Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards is preferred
• Experience with large data sets, reporting tools, and credentialing systems is preferred
• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
