This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supervise multiple Credentialing Team Leads and manage credentialing operations.
• Take ownership of client health as a key performance indicator (KPI) and drive credentialing performance metrics to achieve service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality.
• Identify and execute process enhancements to boost efficiency, minimize errors, and promote automation adoption.
• Recognize operational risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity.
• Handle client escalations and resolve intricate credentialing issues.
• Oversee capacity planning, workload distribution, and initiatives for skill development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation.
• Provide updates and performance insights to senior leadership, accompanied by data-driven recommendations.
• Manage client communications and highlight opportunities for improved outcomes and product advancements.
• Set performance expectations and mentor Credentialing Team Leads.
• Monitor and report team metrics in alignment with company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Communicate company-wide goals to the team level.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Team Leads.
• Identify attrition risks and devise strategies for retention.
• Cultivate collaboration, engagement, and a culture of high performance within the team.
• Implement best practices in coaching, recognition, and career development.
• Proven leadership experience within a high-volume operations setting.
• A data-driven approach with the capability to analyze performance trends and enact improvements.
• Experience in managing multiple team leads and scaling operational teams in a rapidly growing environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to manage several priorities concurrently.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes, provider data management, and healthcare compliance.
• Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to work US hours (EST), specifically from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST.
• Background in Healthtech.
• Experience in Credentialing.
