
Credentialing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
β’ Credential or recredential professional and facility providers who are applying for initial or ongoing participation in the network.
β’ Ensure that the credentialing and recredentialing processes are executed in a timely and suitable manner for presentation to the medical director and/or credentialing committee.
β’ Verify that documentation for approved providers is up-to-date at the time of the committee's determination.
β’ Perform ongoing monitoring of providers.
β’ High school diploma or GED.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of business experience.
β’ A combination of higher education and relevant work experience will be considered.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in credentialing or quality auditing.
β’ Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
β’ Skills in coaching and mentoring.
β’ Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
β’ Proficiency in PC applications including Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and other business-related databases.
β’ Proven analytical and organizational abilities.
β’ Familiarity with managed care products, programs, and services.
β’ Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
