Creator Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility.

• Secure partnerships with brands for creators.

• Identify and recruit new creators, including both emerging talents and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align company strategy and expand the talent roster.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced remote work environment.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage your own agenda.

• Dedication to putting in the effort required to achieve results.

• Submission of a resume and cover letter outlining relevant experience and qualifications.

• Bonus: Previous experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.
