Creator Partnerships Coordinator – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate creator applications, address inquiries from creators, and approve requests for samples and gifts.

• Oversee communication with creators and follow-ups across platforms such as Trybe, TikTok Shop, LTK, email, and social DMs.

• Assess content submitted by creators for brand alignment and identify top performers for paid advertising and organic social media.

• Organize and coordinate the shipment of samples and gifts, including manual order processing.

• Gather and manage creator contracts and usage rights, ensuring creator footage is organized and properly labeled for the creative team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in creator trackers and Notion databases.

• Utilize social listening techniques to identify and evaluate potential new creators.

• Assist with social campaigns and launches, including TikTok LIVEs and seasonal events such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

• Provide creator and content insights to the marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in social media, influencer or creator marketing, community management, or a related field (internships, freelance work, and personal creator experience are included!).

• Exceptional written communication skills with a professional and approachable tone towards creators and team members.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, capable of managing numerous small tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, along with an understanding of what drives content performance.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and a quick adaptability to new tools.

• Experience with creator/affiliate platforms is preferred.

• Interest in or prior experience with beauty or consumer brands is preferred.
