This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate applications from creators, address their inquiries, and authorize sample and gifting requests.

• Oversee communication with creators and ensure timely follow-ups through Trybe, TikTok Shop, LTK, email, and social DMs.

• Assess content submitted by creators for alignment with brand standards and identify high-performing content for paid advertisements and organic social media.

• Organize and coordinate the shipping of samples and gifting, which includes processing manual orders.

• Gather and manage creator contracts and usage rights, ensuring creator footage is systematically organized and labeled for the creative team.

• Update and maintain creator trackers and Notion databases with precise and up-to-date information.

• Utilize social listening techniques to identify and evaluate potential new creators.

• Assist with social media campaigns and launches, including TikTok LIVEs and seasonal marketing events such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

• Provide insights on creators and content to the marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in social media, influencer or creator marketing, community management, or a related field (internships, freelance work, and personal creator experience are included!).

• Exceptional written communication skills and a professional, approachable tone when engaging with creators and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple small tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, along with an understanding of effective content performance.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and a fast adaptability to new tools.

• Experience with creator/affiliate platforms is preferred.

• A keen interest in or prior experience with beauty or consumer brands is preferred.
