Creator Manager, YouTube

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of YouTube creators, serving as their main business collaborator.

• Secure and negotiate brand partnerships that enhance creator value while establishing enduring brand connections.

• Create yearly business plans and revenue strategies tailored for each creator.

• Identify potential opportunities in sponsorships, YouTube integrations, affiliate marketing, merchandise, products, memberships, live events, and licensing.

• Provide guidance to creators on strategies for channel growth, content positioning, audience monetization, and business expansion.

• Cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, YouTube representatives, and industry partners.

• Meet individual revenue and gross booking objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding creator service throughout all campaigns.

• Remain updated on YouTube platform trends, monetization modifications, and developments within the creator economy.

• Contribute to TSS's collaborative culture and exchange best practices with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing creators, influencers, or digital talent.

• Proven track record of managing YouTube-centric creators.

• Strong negotiation abilities with a successful history of securing brand partnerships.

• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship management.

• Established connections with brands and agencies that purchase YouTube campaigns (preferred).

• Familiarity with YouTube analytics, CPMs, audience strategy, and monetization (preferred).

• Experience in affiliate marketing, merchandise, or launching owned products (preferred).
