Creator Manager, NIL & College Athletes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of NIL athletes and upcoming sports creators.

• Identify, negotiate, and finalize brand collaborations.

• Guide athletes on building their brand, strategies for social media, managing their reputation, and planning for their long-term careers.

• Work in conjunction with Business Affairs to ensure adherence to NIL regulations and contractual obligations.

• Regularly meet individual revenue objectives and roster expansion goals.

• Cultivate relationships with universities, agencies, and sports organizations.

• Keep abreast of changes in NIL legislation and industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creator management, sports marketing, athlete representation, or NIL.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the NIL landscape and collegiate athletics.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating sponsorship and endorsement deals.

• Outstanding skills in relationship-building and communication.

• Established network within collegiate athletics or professional sports.

• Background in representing athletes or sports personalities.

• Familiarity with NCAA regulations and NIL compliance.

• Enthusiasm for assisting athletes in developing sustainable businesses beyond their sports careers.
