Creator Manager – Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a network of lifestyle, fashion, and beauty creators.

• Develop long-lasting business strategies customized to meet each creator's objectives and brand identity.

• Negotiate high-value brand partnerships to enhance creator earnings.

• Explore new business prospects while nurturing relationships with current brand partners.

• Spot opportunities in affiliate marketing, licensing, product launches, events, speaking engagements, and other revenue channels.

• Provide outstanding support to creators as the main point of contact.

• Meet individual revenue targets and goals for roster expansion.

• Work in collaboration with Creator Growth, Marketing, and Business Affairs to implement campaigns.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, developments in the creator economy, and up-and-coming brands.

• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and management of the pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing creators, influencers, or digital talent.

• Solid experience working with creators in the lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, or family sectors.

• A demonstrated history of negotiating brand partnerships and boosting creator revenue.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management abilities.

• Established connections with major consumer brands and agencies (preferred).

• Experience representing creators with six- and seven-figure businesses (preferred).

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, creator products, licensing, and brand development (preferred).

• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a passion for the creator economy (preferred).
