Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, focusing on both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with brands and agencies to facilitate talent bookings for campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to influence company strategy and broaden the talent roster.

• Manage creators' careers, audience expansion, and content monetization.

• Operate independently in a vibrant, fast-paced remote setting.

• Proficiency with major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and drive your own objectives.

• Eagerness to hustle to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Bonus: experience in talent management, social media influence, sales, or marketing agencies.
