Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee creator management and influencer portfolio supervision

• Assist talent in expanding their platform visibility and securing brand partnerships

• Identify and onboard new creators, both emerging and established

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies

• Schedule top talent for influencer marketing initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and expand the talent roster

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels

• Create content strategies for clients

• Manage creator careers, assisting them in audience growth and content monetization

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in North Carolina, United States

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to work independently and pursue personal objectives

• Eagerness to put in effort to achieve results

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a plus
