Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, emphasizing both emerging and well-established influencers.

• Establish and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to facilitate talent bookings for campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to define overall strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster.

• Support creators in growing their audience and monetizing their content through proprietary software and expertise.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic remote work setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly knowledgeable about major social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capable of working independently and propelling your own initiatives.

• Eagerness to put in the effort necessary to complete tasks effectively.

• Previous experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
