Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance creator portfolios by managing influencers and assisting talent in expanding their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, targeting both emerging and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Negotiate contracts with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine overall strategy and grow Grail’s roster of talent.

• Function independently in a fast-paced, adaptable remote work environment.

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Willingness to put in the effort to achieve results.

• Capacity to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is preferred.

• Submission of a resume and cover letter outlining experience and qualifications is required.
