• Create clear briefs that enable a creator, editor, or tool to pursue an idea without losing its essence.

• Experiment with variations and allow audience feedback to influence your future creations.

• Ensure every completed advertisement is accurate, clear, and pertinent to potential buyers.

• A genuine appreciation for short-form video and social media content, demonstrated through any creations: personal projects, accounts, academic work, freelance endeavors, or professional roles.

• An innate sense for effective hooks: you understand what keeps viewers engaged beyond the initial moments.

• Proficient writing skills, sufficient to convey an idea clearly for someone else to execute it accurately.

• Willingness to be hands-on when beneficial, without needing to be an expert in every aspect.

• Regularly utilize AI tools in your creative processes and can articulate their impact.

• Strong spoken and written English skills, as the team operates in a fully remote setting based in the United States.
