Creative Strategist – Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clients’ social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Recognize and apply significant ad modifications.

• Oversee advertising budgets using Meta Business Manager.

• Analyze and utilize opportunities for optimization and scaling.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Team and Creator Management to implement campaign strategies.

• Plan content organization for designated projects.

• Take overall responsibility for project content.

• Ensure effective execution of campaign concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social advertising, including media buying and independently managing advertising budgets.

• Strong proficiency in Meta Business Manager.

• Capability to manage, analyze, and scale campaigns from start to finish.

• Understanding of relevant e-commerce KPIs.

• Ability to analyze and interpret campaign results to draw insightful conclusions.

• A structured and organized work approach.

• An independent and accountable work style, combined with a proactive mindset.

• Proficient written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.

• An open and communicative personality with experience in client relations.
