Creative Lead

📋 Description

• Generate innovative creative concepts and investigate AI and emerging technologies for problem-solving, storytelling, and execution.

• Take ownership of daring conceptual ideas for brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and experiences.

• Distill blockchain, payments, and financial infrastructure into clear and engaging narratives.

• Tackle briefs as strategic challenges, aligning audience insights, concepts, and execution.

• Experiment and prototype ideas utilizing AI, coding, design tools, and other suitable methods.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, engineers, and creative leaders to achieve polished executions.

• Uphold a high standard for creative craftsmanship throughout final experiences.

• Operate as an individual contributor while partnering with Creative & Design and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant experience in conceptual creative, interactive, experiential, innovation, or similar creative roles where technology is integral.

• A portfolio showcasing high-quality work that reflects strong conceptual thinking across various brands, campaigns, or experiences.

• Proficiency in originating ideas and developing them from initial concept to compelling outcomes.

• Exceptional strategic and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Skillful at interpreting briefs and identifying potential opportunities.

• Capable of prototyping and making ideas tangible through coding, AI tools, design tools, or other relevant methods.

• Familiarity with generative AI models like ChatGPT and Gemini, along with prompt development.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries is preferred.

• Background in blockchain or digital assets is preferred.

• Experience working on both the agency side and in-house, or in high-craft creative/experiential environments is preferred.

• Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is preferred.
