Creative Strategist – Direct-Response Copywriter, Meta Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Discover the reasons behind customer purchases and create videos that elicit those specific reactions.

• Collaborate through the entire creative process within the account.

• Collect insights from reviews, comments, surveys, top-performing advertisements, and reference materials.

• Utilize AI for research, generating variations, and structuring content.

• Craft comprehensive scripts for video advertisements, including the hook, body, and call to action.

• Arrange content for scripts involving UGC creators, founder footage, B-roll, voiceovers, and shot lists.

• Provide briefs to editors, offer constructive feedback, and approve final creatives.

• Refine ongoing advertisements by creating new hooks, adjusting lengths, and exploring different angles.

• Manage your workflow from initial testing through to scaling.

• Evaluate performance in Ads Manager to identify successful strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience writing direct-response copy that has successfully generated revenue, with examples and metrics available to share.

• You possess hands-on experience with Meta Ads in the D2C or e-commerce sectors and understand the creative elements necessary to boost sales.

• Ideally, you have a minimum of two years of experience in creative strategy or performance copywriting.

• You conceptualize in terms of customer avatars, stages of awareness, and overarching desires.

• You have practical knowledge of marketing psychology.

• AI integration is a regular part of your workflow for research, generating variations, and structuring content.

• You are skilled at writing persuasive sales copy in German and have professional proficiency in English.

• You are motivated by results, producing numerous videos, conducting extensive tests, and extracting valuable insights.

• Preferably, you have experience with advertorials, listicles, or media buying.
