This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of target audiences for clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs and behaviors.

• Track trends and perform independent analyses on the usage of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Craft engaging storylines and persuasive frameworks for user argumentation.

• Generate innovative concepts for advertisements on LinkedIn, Facebook, display networks, and YouTube.

• Design customer journeys that are psychologically informed, leading to successful conversions.

• Collaborate with the Creative and Performance teams to enhance the customer experience.

• Integrate data-driven performance marketing with principles of sales psychology.

• Compose targeted advertising copy tailored to specific audiences for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in creating innovative social media campaigns.

• Preferably, prior experience as an Art Director or Creative Strategist.

• A genuine growth mindset is essential.

• Strong passion for quickly grasping complex topics.

• Ability to empathize with various target audiences and produce captivating advertising copy.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.

• German and English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.

• Must be located in the DACH region or Dubai; distant locations may complicate internal communication across time zones.

• Availability to start at the earliest opportunity.
