📋 Description

• Oversee the entire creative workflow from scripting to the final product

• Create compelling short- and long-form direct response advertisements across various paid channels

• Write scripts for direct response creatives

• Evaluate Meta creative performance metrics to enhance creatives and overall performance

• Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and ideas

• Conduct research on customers and competitors

• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on creative performance

• Identify next steps for scaling Meta Ads through enhanced creative strategies

• Generate a minimum of 15 ad briefs weekly

• Create comprehensive VSL briefings, including angle, hook, script, and structure

• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video content

• Collaborate with editors and performance marketers for testing

• Refine strategy based on creative performance metrics

• Collaborate closely with the company's founders

⛳️ Requirements

• Completely remote position

• Proficient in English

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or within a creative agency

• Strong analytical abilities

• Practical experience in interpreting performance data from Northbeam and Facebook Ads

• Skilled in utilizing spreadsheets and reporting tools

• Availability for overtime or weekend work if necessary

• Demonstrated experience in VSL copywriting for direct response/performance brands

• Extensive DTC experience, with knowledge of various brands and spending levels

• Proven track record with short- and long-form Meta VSLs

• Current AI tools actively in use

• Capable of delivering both volume and quality within the same week without requiring reminders

• Strong understanding of DTC and modern consumer brands

• Fluent in English
