This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the Traffic Coordinators team, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Manage the intake, scoping, scheduling, and delivery of all marketing initiatives for the Creative Services team.
• Work in collaboration with Growth Strategy Managers, Member Communication Managers, and members of the Creative Services team to define objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Provide expert-level technical oversight for Creative Services workflow, process mapping, and reporting across various workstreams.
• Assign project personnel and distribute resources according to workload and skill set alignment.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of proofing review cycles and facilitate approvals from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain reports and Workfront dashboards detailing project and campaign status, team workload, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in workflow.
• Lead cross-functional Traffic meetings to ensure effective project tracking, communication, and alignment among stakeholders.
• Handle urgent requests and negotiate trade-offs to safeguard the team against burnout.
• Support the consistent, high-quality, timely, and accurate production of marketing materials.
• Recruit and onboard freelancers alongside creative leadership and procurement; manage their schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience collaborating with creative teams, working alongside designers and copywriters to produce high volumes of work in a regulated setting.
• At least 3 years of experience demonstrating leadership, accountability, and people management skills, particularly in guiding teams within a creative or marketing context.
• Strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of workflow management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and details concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills, promoting collaboration and alignment across various teams and stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and process mapping skills, complemented by a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Capability to take ownership of projects and drive accountability for outcomes.
• Expert-level proficiency in project management systems/platforms, such as Workfront.
• Must provide a non-cellular high-speed internet service, such as Fiber, DSL, or cable modems, for a home office.
• A minimum standard speed of 30x5 (30 Mbps download x 5 Mbps upload) is essential.
• Latency (ping) response time must be lower than 80 ms.
• Use of hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet services is not permitted for this role.
• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information is required.
• Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state; employees are not hired from U.S. territories or states including Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, or Maine.
