This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +5 more countries.
• Evaluate creative assets for MLR compliance prior to client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory assessments.
• Conduct final quality checks on approved landing pages, advertisements, emails, and creative materials before they go live.
• Manage Veeva Vault PromoMats, which includes annotations, claims, references, submission tracking, and 2253 filing packages.
• Uphold brand, design, style guide, and specification standards across healthcare deliverables.
• Assess copy for grammar, tone, messaging accuracy, validated claims, and brand voice consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance QA standards, checklists, and review procedures.
• Oversee Asana boards and deliverable trackers, coordinating feedback cycles, managing timelines, and organizing client assets.
• Collaborate with Creative Project Managers, Account PMs, cross-channel PMs, and client contacts.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the department.
• Achieve KPIs for first-pass approval, QA turnaround, pre-launch error rate, 2253 filing accuracy, and current QA documentation.
• Minimum of 4 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, either in an agency or in-house, with direct involvement in MLR review workflows.
• Familiarity with FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202.
• Understanding of fair balance, ISI placement, branded vs. unbranded vs. disease-awareness content regulations, and 2253 filing requirements.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across paid social, display, landing pages, and email formats.
• Capability to document, maintain, and enhance QA standards independently.
• Skill in reviewing creative work and providing clear, actionable feedback to designers, copywriters, and freelancers.
• Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools.
• Experience collaborating with project management teams in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Bonus: Veeva PromoMats certification, experience with modular content strategy, or familiarity with pharma-regulated and non-regulated healthcare clients.
• Base salary paid in USD plus commission opportunities.
