📋 Description

• Oversee the entire creative production workflow while ensuring a balance between creative excellence and a 20-day delivery timeframe.

• Create innovative concepts and scripts prior to the commencement of production.

• Utilize AI-driven production tools and systems, such as ElevenLabs for voiceover tasks.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with creators, ensuring adherence to briefs and deadlines.

• Review unedited footage from a TikTok-centric viewpoint and offer direct, corrective feedback.

• Enhance modular ad frameworks by structuring hooks, main content, and CTAs for efficient testing and iteration.

• Develop campaign concepts, streamline workflows, brief creators, and address production challenges.

• Present completed tasks and clarify operational and creative choices during the recruitment process.

• Practical experience in scriptwriting and developing creative concepts.

• Proven ability to manage complex and chaotic production workflows.

• Deep understanding of TikTok’s creative style and platform norms.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered production systems and tools like ElevenLabs.

• Capability to work independently and proactively in ambiguous situations.

• Skill in sourcing alternative creators and ensuring creator dependability.

• Ability to deliver direct, constructive feedback while preserving professional relationships.

• Strong creative judgment with the skill to identify engaging hooks within the first two seconds of footage.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a close-knit team environment.

• Significant availability during Central European Time (CET) hours, with prompt responsiveness.
