Creative Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Develop and create captivating, brand-aligned visual assets for digital advertising, social media, websites, and email campaigns.

• Work in partnership with marketing and growth teams to ensure visual and narrative coherence across all platforms.

• Convert strategic goals into enticing design concepts that connect with target demographics.

• Create and modify visuals tailored for engagement on specific platforms and channels.

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to test, evaluate, and refine creative elements for enhanced ROI.

• Uphold and advance brand guidelines to maintain uniformity in tone, color, typography, and design frameworks.

• Assess creative performance metrics to guide design strategies.

• Leverage insights from testing and analytics to consistently improve creative outputs.

• Stay updated on the latest creative trends, technologies, and tools.

• Work closely with brand, growth, and content leaders to ensure that creative efforts align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in creative marketing, content production, or brand design, preferably within a digital-first or consumer-focused organization.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma; experience with generative AI tools and video editing software is a plus.

• Capable of interpreting engagement metrics and optimizing creative effectiveness based on data insights.

• Strong storytelling abilities and conceptual thinking with a solid grasp of marketing goals.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at navigating the intersection of creativity and analytics.
