Creative Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Create data-driven concepts for video, static, and interactive ad formats designed for performance channels.

• Write clear and concise briefs and guidelines for motion/graphic designers and production teams.

• Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics such as CTR, CPI, CPA, and ROAS.

• Implement data-informed iterations to enhance advertising effectiveness.

• Enhance CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV through systematic optimization of creative assets.

• Recognize high-performing creative strategies and expand successful approaches across new geographic locations and industry verticals.

• Collaborate with media buyers and designers to swiftly test hypotheses and refine campaigns.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and perform competitor analysis utilizing SPY tools.

• Incorporate new tools and best practices, utilizing AI to accelerate idea generation, scripting, and asset production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating digital ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, In-App, YouTube) centered on performance metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS).

• Practical experience in adapting video formats.

• Experience in utilizing UGC (User-Generated Content).

• Familiarity with AI creative tools.

• Proficient in using AI tools for idea generation, scriptwriting, storyboard development, and task automation.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign outcomes.

• Capability to conduct structured A/B testing.

• Ability to make creative choices guided by analytics.

• Excellent skills in competitive analysis.

• Experience with SPY tool research.

• Ability to identify prevailing digital marketing trends.
