Creative Lead – Graphic Design, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the creative delivery process for a designated client account.

• Stay actively engaged in using Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.

• Establish and uphold a high standard of creative quality to ensure brand consistency and readiness for various platforms.

• Produce video content tailored for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Design materials for social media, presentations, collateral, and infographics.

• Provide mentorship to junior Creators as a senior colleague.

• Identify and address potential scope or timeline issues before they escalate into client challenges.

• Manage the creative direction and output for the account.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, and/or creative direction.

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, as well as Figma and Canva.

• A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work in both video and design.

• Proven track record of mentoring, directing, or enhancing the work of other creatives.

• Ability to take charge of an account's creative output with minimal supervision.
