Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate, innovative, and sophisticated creative design concepts and ideas across various fields.

• Provide a creative vision and generate original visual concepts from the ground up.

• Negotiate project specifications and business objectives with clients and the internal team.

• Comprehend project aims and transform them into high-quality creative outputs.

• Complete projects on schedule in accordance with task descriptions and technical specifications.

• Incorporate AI throughout the entire design workflow, from research and moodboarding to concept development, asset creation, motion design, and final delivery.

• Anticipate and communicate potential risks proactively to achieve established goals and deadlines.

• Share insights and propose enhancements to creative design processes and methodologies.

• Investigate, test, and implement AI tools at every phase of concept creation and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UI design for the web, particularly for creative websites, promotional landing pages, and interactive concepts.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and both responsive and adaptive design.

• Capability to independently create original visual concepts from initial sketches to refined UI and present design choices effectively.

• Practical experience with UI motion, including element animations, micro-interactions, and prototypes using After Effects, Lottie, or Framer.

• Basic skills in 3D design using Blender or Cinema 4D.

• At least Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English for briefings, presentations, and effective communication.

• Curiosity and a willingness to embrace modern tools, trends, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• A portfolio that showcases visual and UI design foundations with a focus on creative web and interactive projects.

• Experience with GPU rendering tools like Octane or Redshift is an advantage.

• Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation, including rigging, motion choreography, and animation principles is a plus.

• Video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, including familiarity with AI-assisted and generative video tools, are an advantage.

• Skills in illustration and character design are a bonus.

• Previous experience collaborating within multidisciplinary design teams is beneficial.

• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Openness to feedback and capacity to iterate rapidly.

• Passion for experimentation, innovation, and staying current with design and AI trends.
