Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate, advanced, and innovative creative design concepts and ideas across various fields.

• Offer a creative vision and generate visual concepts from the ground up.

• Collaborate with clients and the internal team to negotiate project requirements and business objectives.

• Convert project objectives into high-quality creative solutions.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance with task specifications and technical limitations.

• Incorporate AI throughout the design process, from research and mood boarding to concept development, asset creation, motion, and final execution.

• Anticipate and communicate potential risks to achieve established goals and deadlines.

• Share insights and propose enhancements to creative design methodologies and strategies.

• Investigate, test, and utilize AI tools at every phase of concept creation and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UI design for web applications, particularly for creative websites, promotional landing pages, and interactive designs.

• Proficient in Figma, including components, auto layout, and both responsive and adaptive design.

• Capable of independently crafting original visual concepts from initial sketches to refined UI and effectively presenting and defending design choices.

• Practical experience with UI motion, encompassing animations, micro-interactions, and prototypes using After Effects, Lottie, or Framer.

• Basic skills in 3D design, such as creating assets or simple scenes in Blender or Cinema 4D.

• At least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency for briefings, presentations, and effective communication.

• An inquisitive mindset and willingness to embrace modern tools, trends, and AI-enhanced workflows, with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.

• A portfolio showcasing visual and UI design fundamentals with a focus on creative web and interactive projects.

• Experience with GPU rendering tools like Octane or Redshift is advantageous.

• Familiarity with 2D and 3D animation, including rigging, motion choreography, and animation principles is a plus.

• Video editing capabilities in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, including experience with AI-assisted and generative video tools, are a plus.

• Skills in illustration and character design are beneficial.

• Previous experience working in multidisciplinary design teams is advantageous.

• Strong visual aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of design results.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to receive feedback and capacity to iterate swiftly.
