This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions involving various teams.
• Provide insights and viewpoints that guide storytelling and brand strategy.
• Contribute concepts that can evolve into tangible campaigns, activations, or content.
• Present ideas, feedback, and suggestions to the wider team.
• Collaborate and observe the Creative, Marketing, Partnerships, Production, and Operations teams.
• Understand how different teams play a role in the overarching brand storytelling.
• Assist with ongoing projects and initiatives as needed.
• Adjust to various team workflows and working styles.
• Offer a distinctive cultural perspective that can shape the brand's connection with its audience.
• Recognize trends, discussions, and cultural shifts relevant to the brand.
• Help ensure that storytelling remains authentic, inclusive, and culturally significant.
• Actively participate throughout the program's duration.
• Join scheduled sessions, team meetings, and collaborative efforts.
• Complete designated tasks, including a final presentation.
• 0–2+ years of experience in creative, marketing, branding, or content-related fields (formal or informal).
• Strong grasp of digital culture and storytelling across various platforms.
• Experience in creating or contributing to creative projects, campaigns, or content.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Creatively inquisitive with a strong personal perspective.
• Culturally conscious and aware of emerging trends.
• Collaborative mindset and receptive to feedback.
• Organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and focused on finding solutions.
• Adaptable in fast-paced settings.
• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
• Applicants will be expected to complete a creative task as part of the application process.
• Two-month immersive internship offering hands-on experience across the Topicals brand.
• Experience real creative and marketing workflows.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions, campaign discussions, and creative reviews.
• Learn how creative briefs are crafted and executed.
• Gain practical experience in production, partnerships, operations, and brand strategy.
