CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain active relationships with CPA and affiliate networks, such as HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others.

• Assess new offers for quality, relevance, and competitive payout rates.

• Negotiate terms and rates with network account managers.

• Track offer performance metrics, including EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote top-performing offers.

• Ensure all offers comply with NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards prior to publication.

• Keep an up-to-date dashboard of active offers, payouts, and network performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree is required.

• Strong preference for candidates familiar with CPA marketing or affiliate networks.

• Proficient analytical skills, including experience with spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills when engaging with external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple network relationships concurrently.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
