CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage relationships with CPA and affiliate networks, such as HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others.

• Assess new offers for their quality, relevance, and competitiveness in terms of payout.

• Negotiate terms and rates with account managers from networks.

• Track offer performance metrics, including EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote offers that perform well.

• Ensure that all offers comply with NoGigiddy's quality standards and compliance requirements prior to publication.

• Maintain an up-to-date dashboard reflecting active offers, payouts, and network performance.

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Preference for candidates with familiarity in CPA marketing or affiliate networks.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience with spreadsheets and dashboards are essential.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for engaging with external partners.

• Detail-oriented individual with a focus on compliance.

• Capacity to manage multiple network relationships concurrently.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented approach is required.
