CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee ongoing relationships with CPA and affiliate networks, such as HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others.

• Assess new offers for quality, relevance, and competitive payouts.

• Negotiate rates and terms with account managers from networks.

• Track the performance of offers, including EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints.

• Collaborate with content and social teams to promote top-performing offers.

• Ensure all offers comply with NoGigiddy’s quality and compliance standards prior to publication.

• Maintain a real-time dashboard displaying active offers, payouts, and network performance.

• A degree is not required.

• Strong preference for candidates with familiarity in CPA marketing or affiliate networks.

• Excellent analytical skills — adept with spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities with external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.

• Capability to manage multiple network relationships concurrently.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
