This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland, +1 more country.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team throughout Switzerland and Austria.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team development as the organization expands.
• Enhance team performance through goal-setting, pipeline assessments, and hands-on coaching.
• Create a sustainable sales organization characterized by robust processes, discipline, and accountability.
• Manage country P&L and revenue goals across SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise segments.
• Guide the complete sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale engagement.
• Foster revenue growth through acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.
• Provide coaching and serve as an escalation point for critical deals.
• Establish a disciplined, repeatable sales process with well-defined metrics and forecasting.
• Develop and implement a country-specific go-to-market strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and enhance sales capabilities to seize them.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline; report country KPIs and performance to Sales Leadership.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize win rates and customer outcomes.
• Support regional and global sales initiatives alongside country-specific execution.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Demonstrated success as a sales leader managing a team in EMEA or comparable markets.
• Extensive sales experience across SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise segments.
• Proven history of securing deals in Switzerland and/or Austria.
• Experience in software, SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity sectors.
• Familiarity with complex sales cycles and stakeholder management.
• Strong commercial insight with the capability to accurately manage P&L, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Ability to inspire, nurture, and maximize the potential of a diverse team.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and capable of adapting swiftly to changes.
• Genuine curiosity about cybersecurity and enthusiasm for the TrendAI narrative.
