Country Project Manager, Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of strategic cross-functional projects from the planning stage to completion.

• Facilitate coordination among stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

• Oversee multiple initiatives by monitoring deadlines, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups.

• Aid in the procurement and maintenance of gambling licenses.

• Organize licensing activities and keep track of regulatory requirements.

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain all project and legal documentation.

• Manage communications with regulators, external legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor regulatory obligations and track monthly or quarterly reporting deadlines.

• Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.

• Enhance processes and ensure transparency throughout projects.

• Organize meetings, draft agendas, and document decisions and action items.

• Follow up to ensure that agreed-upon next steps are executed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.

• Proven experience in project coordination, legal operations, compliance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Fluency in Russian at a C2 level.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Ability to take full ownership of designated responsibilities.

• Experience in the iGaming or gambling sector is a plus.

• Experience in supporting gambling licensing projects is advantageous.

• Familiarity with corporate governance and company structures is desirable.

• Experience in creating process documentation, guidelines, or internal knowledge bases is a bonus.

• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
