Counsellor – Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one telehealth and/or in-person clinical assistance.

• Address a variety of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance programs and improve platform results.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care via Intellect’s telehealth platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.

• Proficiency in CBT or other evidence-based methods (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Must possess a valid and active SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog) or SIPPK (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog Klinis) issued in Indonesia.

• Must have current registration (STRP).

• A minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• EAP experience, adult counseling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

• Willingness to engage in occasional onsite work is a plus.
