Cost Reporting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and review the annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for Franciscan Alliance to ensure precision.

• Provide recommendations to enhance Franciscan Alliance's reimbursement in line with Medicare/Medicaid program regulations.

• Keep track of changes in DRG reimbursement including rates, weightings, various indexes, cost outliers, and capital, while updating DRG profiles to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

• Create system-wide cost reports for sharing with the executive leadership of Franciscan Alliance.

• Perform multi-year forecasts concerning government reimbursement programs.

• Confirm that cost reports comply with both federal and state regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field - Required.

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field - Preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, Medicare, Medicaid, and cost reporting - Required.
