Cosmetic Beauty Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Contribute positively to sales volume through both in-house and point-of-sale interactions.

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm, identify their needs, provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance, and recommend products using effective service and selling techniques.

• Uphold merchandising concepts for the cosmetic line.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of gondolas, visual displays, product assortment, and drawers.

• Engage in the daily operations of the cosmetic line business, including animations and in-store events.

• Seek out additional product knowledge and artistry techniques as required.

• Attend store meetings and training seminars as needed.

• Attract new clients and engage them promptly.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through personalized service.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferably 1 year of makeup sales or makeup artist experience.

• Energetic individual who is comfortable initiating conversations with store customers.

• Enjoy persuading people in a positive manner.

• Strong sales abilities.

• Goal-oriented mindset.

• Fun and sociable personality.

• Capability to perform basic beauty makeup.

• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to remain present on the selling floor for extended periods as necessary.

• Physical capacity to stand for long durations.

• Visual acuity.

• Color perception skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to travel.

• Capability to climb.

• Proficient in pushing and pulling.

• Skilled in listening.

• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.

• Eligible to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify.
