Corporate Trust Relationship Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for Corporate Trust clients

• Deliver specialized support to a designated group of clients with trustee relationships

• Manage day-to-day operations of existing institutional/corporate trust accounts

• Invoice administrative fees

• Oversee transaction closings

• Manage cash and investment transactions

• Provide calculations for debt service

• Accurately and promptly set up issues across all systems

• Prepare accounts for compliance evaluations

• Review legal documentation

• Collaborate with the corporate legal team to ensure operational processes are suitable

• Negotiate terms within documents

• Cultivate relationships and maintain continuous engagement with clients

• Address both routine and intricate client inquiries

• Work in partnership with UMB’s Corporate Trust teams to ensure that client accounts are compliant and effectively managed

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience in supporting institutional/corporate trust accounts

• Proficient in building and sustaining customer relationships

• Capable of managing both routine and complex client requests

• Skilled in reviewing transaction structures and legal documentation

• Ability to collaborate with internal Corporate Trust teams

• Competent in ensuring client accounts are compliant and managed properly
