This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Execute advanced financial and business modeling utilizing SQL and Excel.

• Convert analytical insights into actionable strategies.

• Conduct market research and analysis to guide strategic priorities, business decisions, and planning processes.

• Assist senior leaders with strategic and business planning initiatives.

• Participate in the development, facilitation, and synthesis of the planning process and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

• Experience in consulting, whether internal or external.

• Proficiency in group facilitation techniques.

• Background in project management.

• Familiarity with strategic, business, and/or operational planning.

• Expertise in financial analysis and/or budget/pro forma development.

• Experience with the planning and development of new programs, services, or products.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations at the executive level.

• Experience in compiling market research, managing data, conducting analysis, and/or statistics.

• Preferred: experience in facilitating or leading process changes.

• Preferred: experience in managing projects and/or programs that enhance business strategy and development activities.

• Preferred: experience in business analytics, assessing and developing strategic solutions for complex business opportunities across a matrixed organization.

• Preferred: comprehensive knowledge of contemporary healthcare administration practices and principles within a managed care environment and/or an academic medical center.
