Senior Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic analysis and management of the portfolio.

• Assist in planning, business intelligence, and product initiatives.

• Evaluate performance, outcomes, and prospects within the financial products portfolio.

• Aid in decision-making concerning product growth, profitability, and development.

• Collaborate with financial products, especially in consumer credit cards, payment solutions, lending, or retail banking.

• Convert analyses and data into strategic insights and business guidance.

• Identify results, growth catalysts, gaps, and opportunities while monitoring portfolio performance.

• Create diagnostics, hypotheses, analyses, and executive recommendations.

• Shape decision-making and foster trusted relationships with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic analysis, portfolio management, planning, business intelligence, or product management.

• Familiarity with financial products, ideally in consumer credit cards, payment solutions, lending, or retail banking.

• Skill in interpreting business, profitability, engagement, activation, usage, revenue, churn, and customer behavior metrics.

• Experience in developing diagnostics, hypotheses, analyses, and executive recommendations.

• Understanding of customer segmentation, value propositions, customer journeys, and portfolio performance is preferred.

• Awareness of the consumer credit card market, competition, and trends is advantageous.

• Prior experience in strategy, business intelligence, product management, planning, consulting, or portfolio management.

• Strong analytical capabilities and structured thinking.

• Experience in analyzing metrics, generating analyses, and crafting recommendations.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.

• Excellent communication, synthesis, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
