Corporate Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Create executive-ready recommendations backed by thorough analysis.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of the North America long-term strategy and multi-year strategic roadmap.

• Oversee governance, reporting, and execution of essential strategic programs, including the regional 1,000-Day Plan.

• Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs from the planning phase to execution.

• Convert market trends into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Conduct market sizing, demand forecasting, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights.

• Drive competitive dynamics and pinpoint strategic implications for the organization.

• Lead strategic assessments involving M&A opportunities, commercial due diligence, and development of business cases.

• Develop analytical models, financial analyses, and executive presentations to aid business decisions.

• Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to address complex business challenges and ambiguous situations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Director of Strategy and the Executive Leadership Team.

• Collaborate and influence across regional functions and Global Strategy to ensure cohesive alignment and execution.

• Persuade stakeholders across various functions through effective communication, analytical rigor, and established credibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with progressively greater ownership.

• Experience in supporting senior leadership in strategic planning and business decision-making processes.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to distill complex information into straightforward recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
