Corporate Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable analytical partner for senior leadership.

• Proactively address complex strategic and analytical challenges.

• Take charge of high-priority strategy initiatives from analysis to recommendations and decision-ready deliverables.

• Perform business, financial, operational, and performance analysis utilizing Excel, Sigma, and PHM’s data environment.

• Construct and rigorously test models that encompass profitability, unit economics, KPIs, utilization, staffing, capacity, market sizing, and growth scenarios.

• Create executive, Board, investor, and strategic planning presentations in both PowerPoint and written formats.

• Conduct and integrate market research focusing on market sizing, channels, partnerships, and competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with the CSO, CEO, CFO, SVP of FP&A, Head of Business Ops/Product, and operational leaders.

• Collect inputs, clarify inquiries, validate assumptions, present owned analyses, and transform strategic questions into actionable recommendations.

• Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Experience in developing intricate models.

• Capability to work effectively with incomplete or messy data.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to relate analysis to business decisions.

• Competence in problem-solving with senior executive leaders.

• Excellent PowerPoint skills and storytelling proficiency.

• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, reliability, a learning orientation, and a collaborative attitude.

• Must reside in and perform all work physically in the United States.
