Corporate Recruiter – RPO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist a major client in fulfilling their corporate recruitment requirements

• Oversee all facets of recruitment while delivering outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients

• Match candidates’ abilities with job openings and create career advancement paths

• Develop candidate pipelines and foster client relationships through social media and industry networks

• Manage workload effectively, meet recruitment metrics and commitments, and reach objectives

• Implement comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish

• Promote, evaluate, assess, and present candidates for available positions

• Enhance sourcing strategies via research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns

• Champion candidates by providing them with the information and resources necessary for successful employment

• Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by fulfilling commitments

• Counsel candidates and clients on trending skills and workforce dynamics

• Inform clients about local labor markets and workforce management

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience

• Experience in recruiting for corporate roles

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Familiarity with ADT and/or Powersuite systems is a plus

• Capability to commit to a 40-hour work week

• Offered as a virtual W2 contract position
