Corporate Recruiter – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers in various countries to grasp business requirements, position specifications, and candidate profiles.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for professional, technical, operational, and leadership roles within the United States and global markets.

• Create targeted sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, agencies, universities, and other talent avenues.

• Identify and attract qualified candidates, including those who are passive job seekers.

• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates, and deliver recommendations to hiring managers.

• Handle confidential and critical business searches.

• Organize interviews and ensure consistent communication with candidates.

• Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while providing market insights.

• Aid in reference checks, background screenings, employment eligibility verification, and other pre-employment requirements.

• Keep precise records in applicant tracking and recruitment systems.

• Facilitate employee and contractor onboarding by entering necessary information into HR systems.

• Cultivate relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and talent communities, especially in the United States and Latin America.

• Monitor recruiting activities and offer updates, metrics, and insights to HR and business leaders.

• Ensure that hires comply with authorization, selection, and documentation protocols.

• Leverage AI, automation, and technology to enhance recruitment efficiency.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career events, and talent pipeline projects.

• Stay informed about recruiting trends, sourcing methodologies, technology, and employment regulations.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different countries and time zones, with occasional flexibility for meetings in U.S. Eastern, Central, or Pacific time zones.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Minimum of five years of combined experience in recruitment, HR, or related business support roles.

• At least three years of experience in managing corporate or in-house recruitment.

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, from hiring manager intake to selection and onboarding.

• Experience in recruiting for roles based in the United States is essential.

• Experience in supporting recruitment for other international markets is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with U.S. employment eligibility regulations and effective recruiting practices.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.

• Confidence in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

• Professional fluency in English, including conducting interviews and leading discussions with hiring managers.

• Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, follow-through, and respect for confidential information.

• Proactive, results-driven mindset with the maturity to work independently in a remote, global environment.

• Comfort in communicating with professionals and leaders from diverse functions, countries, and cultures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

• Practical experience utilizing AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or automation platforms.
